Kiev began to make a criminal case over the death of Motorola

The chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios admitted that the authorities can initiate a criminal case over the death of the commander of the militia DND Arsen Pavlov aka Motorola. This Matios said in the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.

“If the rule of law, we owe every citizen of Ukraine and every crime on the territory of Ukraine to conduct investigation,” he said, adding that a criminal case on the fact of incident “would be appropriate”.

Motorola was in Donetsk on the evening of 16 October. According to preliminary data, in the Elevator of the house where he lived, an improvised explosive device.
