The Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev did not personally receive the money, which is imposed as a bribe, said “Novaya Gazeta”, citing its sources. According to them, cash in the amount of $2 million was placed in a Bank cell, “Ulyukayev however, the money is not taken”.
According to the publication, the materials of operative-technical measures “indicate claims of the Minister for the money” (verbatim quotes his interlocutors). According to the “New”, these events were held at the initiative and with the direct participation of the head of the security service of “Rosneft” Oleg Feoktistov, who “headed the security service as a seconded employee of the FSB”, and until August of 2016, he occupied the post of first Deputy head of the CSS of the FSB.
According to Novaya Gazeta, Ulyukayev was detained by the staff of the third Department of the “K” of the FSB, which carries out counter-intelligence in the financial sphere, and the sixth service of management of own safety of FSB.
