Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree, according to which dismissed 16 generals of the interior Ministry, the emergencies Ministry and the Investigative Committee of Russia. The document was published on Thursday, February 2, at the information portal of legal information.
In particular, positions lost by the Minister of internal Affairs of Karachaevo-Circassian Republic the General-the major of police Casimir Batashev, the head of the Department of fire and rescue forces and special forces of EMERCOM of Russia, Lieutenant General Alexander Agafonov.
Also, the decree removed from office the heads of several regional centers of EMERCOM. Among them — the head of the North Caucasian regional emergency center, major-General Nikolai Lityuk, head of the Ural regional center, Lieutenant-General Sergey Miroshnichenko.
