Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin is willing to wait until 2023 apology from American television journalist bill O’reilly insulted the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, informs “RIA Novosti”.
“We are very kind and very patient. Put a note in the calendar for 2023 and get back to him with this question”, — said Peskov.
The journalist of Fox News channel, bill O’reilly interviewed the President of the United States Donald trump, during which he asked him about the attitude of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Donald trump said that he respects his Russian counterpart, to which O’reilly said, calling Putin a “murderer.”
“There are a lot of killers. We have a lot of killers. Do you think our country is so innocent?” — replied the journalist trump. He concluded that “the United States to get on better with Russia than Vice versa.”
Press Secretary of Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov has called the remarks O’reilly invalid and stated that the Kremlin would prefer to hear an apology to the President from the reporter.
In response, O’reilly said that “working on the apology,” this work may take “some time”.
