The Kremlin is no ready script the integration of LNR and DND in the Russian Federation. This told the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, reports .
According to him, about the fate of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics “are different discussions.”
“You know the mood, which has been repeatedly voiced by representatives of Donbass, but there are no written scripts on this point, therefore we anxiously watch as the country deliberately rejects from a huge region,” — said Peskov.
According to him, the Kremlin “eventual reasoning” on the subject of the unrecognized republics does not consider it possible, and Russia “was and remains interested in the fact that its borders there was a single, predictable, and prosperous Ukraine”.
Press Secretary of the President of Russia previously called the issue of Russia’s recognition of the LC and the DNI is “incorrect” and reasoning on this subject “inappropriate and neprimenimym” and “virtual”.
According to him, the conditions in which these are unrecognized by Russia nor Ukraine’s regions, “absolutely intolerable” because they “are in severe blockade of Ukraine” and “disconnected from social and credit security”.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the recognition of documents issued by official authorities of the DNI and LC, 18 Feb. According to this decree, passports, marriage certificates and other documents are accepted by Russia at the time of settlement of the conflict in the Donbass.
According to a public opinion poll conducted by VTSIOM in early February, the share of supporters of the admission of DND and LNR in Russia reached its peak in 2014 is 24%.
