Poroshenko declared a full loss of control over Donbass


President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes that because of the blockade of Donbass Ukraine has completely lost control of this territory. He stated this at a meeting of the regional development Council.

“As a result of the blockade, Ukraine has lost its influence in their own territory. At the same time, was dealt a blow to domestic energy sector, metallurgy, budget,” he said (quote of the President published in his Twitter).

However, he expressed the opinion that Russia has an impact on the situation in Donbas is not only supporting militias breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics.

“The Russian military threat comes not only from the occupied areas of Donbass, he was hanging over the border line with Russia”, — said the President of Ukraine.

Commenting on the decision of the International monetary Fund (IMF) to postpone the discussion of anti-crisis program of Ukraine Poroshenko said that Kiev in the near future expects to receive a tranche. He said that March 20 will hold talks Minister for Finance, the National Bank of Ukraine and the Prime Minister.
