According to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, “treacherous murder” of the former Deputy of the state Duma from the Communist Denis Boronenkov — “an act of state terrorism” on the part of Russia. The President’s statement quoted by his press Secretary Svyatoslav Tsigalko on his page in Facebook.
Poroshenko also said that Voronenkov was forced to leave Russia for political reasons. “A clear handwriting of the Russian special services have repeatedly shown in various European capitals”, — said the President of Ukraine.
“I think it is not accidental that the murder took place in one day with a diversion in Balakliya”, — stressed the head of state.
According to Poroshenko, Broenkow was “one of the main witnesses of Russian aggression against Ukraine” and one of those who knew about the role of Yanukovych in the introduction of Russian troops in Ukraine.
Murder Boronenkov happened earlier in the day in the center of Kiev. His bodyguard managed to wound the assailant, but he was injured. The chief of police of Kiev Andrey Krishchenko reported that both are now in hospital under heavy guard.
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko linked the murder in the center of Kyiv former Deputy of the state Duma Denis Boronenkov his testimony in the case of Yanukovych. On his page on the social network Facebook, the public Prosecutor called the murder Boronenkov “normal for the Kremlin revealing the execution witnesses.”
In the night from 22 to 23 March at the largest military depot of Ukraine in the Kharkov area there was a fire followed by detonation of ammunition. All explosions occurred on the technical territory of an Arsenal, recorded isolated cases of spread of the fragments, said the emergency service of Ukraine. Because of the explosions were evacuated nearly 20 thousand people from the warehouse closest to settlements — the city Grocery, the village Yakovenko, the village of pryshyb and volokhiv Yar village.
The defense Ministry said that the explosions in warehouses may be involved in a “friendly country is the Russian Federation”.
