The Federal service for supervision in the sphere of Telecom, information technologies and mass communications (Roskomnadzor, RKN) blocks “anonsery”, which provide communication between the dealer and the Downloader on the torrent tracker. About it the Agency told on his page on Facebook.
“Anonsery collect data necessary for sustainable sharing, including who and what files to download and gives out, at which stage the user is downloading a particular file. Based on the collected information, it gives IP addresses of the users who can download the desired file over the optimum time,” explained in Roskomnadzor. In a statement the Agency indicates that the lock “anonsery” slows down the process of distributing files. Servers with “anonsery” block by IP address, Roskomnadzor noted.
About his struggle with “anonsery” the Ministry said in connection with the anniversary of the adoption of the “anti-piracy” amendments to the legislation. They were made may 1, 2015 the law “On information, information technologies and protection of information” and gave the Agency the authority to so-called life blocking sites, content which violates copyright.
In addition to fighting “anonsery” in Roscomnadzor reported that the office “received 1451 definition of the Moscow city court on preliminary injunctive measures and 3.3 thousand declarations of rights holders in relation to 29 thousand Internet resources” in connection with copyright infringement. The Federal service has restricted access to 1.5 thousand resources, the owners of the other sites did it themselves.
