The Central Bank of Russia revoked a license from Omsk Bank “SIBES”


Moscow. April 28. The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) has revoked the license for banking operations of the Bank “SIBES” (Omsk), is spoken in the message of Bank of Russia. License revoked on April 28.

“The current state of the Bank “SIBES” were characterized by the presence of critically elevated risks associated with refinancing the debt of individuals and the implementation of the “scheme” of transactions acquired from microfinance institutions rights requirements on consumer loans. In the activities of the Bank is set to conduct a “fictitious” operations to replace assets, the purpose of which was hiding a significant shortage of funds in the cash and the real financial situation of the Bank”, – stated in the message controller.

Also, the RF Central Bank noted that the management and the owner of the Bank began asset Stripping, manipulated accounting data, ignored the requirements of the Supervisory authority on the formation of an adequate accepted risks provisions for possible losses held a number of dubious operations of the clients with minor tax burden.

“In establishing the facts essential unreliability of the accounting data corresponding materials will be sent by the Bank of Russia to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the decision of a question on excitation of criminal,” said the regulator.

By order of the Central Bank 28апреля the Bank appointed a temporary administration.

“SIBES” – the participant of system of insurance of contributions. Revocation of license is insured in respect of the Bank’s liabilities on household deposits and provides for the payment of compensation to depositors of the Bank, including individual entrepreneurs, in the amount of 100% of the remaining balance, but not more than 1,4 million rubles per depositor.

Bank “SIBES” in the I quarter of 2017 took the 342-th place in terms of assets in ranking “Interfax-100” prepared “Interfax-TSEA”.
