Moscow. June 7. INTERFAX.RU Srednerussky Bank of Sberbank of Russia and journalist Eduard Sagalaev are negotiating the conclusion of a settlement agreement under the bankruptcy proceedings of the debtor, the correspondent of “Interfax” from a court.
Representatives of the Bank and the debtor on Wednesday at session of Arbitration court of Moscow where it was planned to check the validity of the claim of Srednerussky Bank of Sberbank of Russia about a recognition the bankrupt sagalaeva, confirmed the fact of negotiations.
In this regard, the court at the request of the parties adjourned the hearing in the bankruptcy case on August 2.
The lawsuit was filed April 10. “Sberbank has applied for recognition of Edward Sagalaev bankrupt in connection with failure to execute obligations under the contract of guarantee. The Bank was forced to take this step because other ways to resolve the situation have not yielded results,” – said earlier “Interfax” in the press service of Sberbank. A representative of the credit organization said that a copy of the application was sent to the debtor.
