MOSCOW, June 8. /TASS/. The European Central Bank (ECB) kept its base rate at zero. The decision was made following the meeting of the ECB governing Council, reported on the website of the financial regulator.
In addition, the marginal rate saved at level of 0,25% and the rate on deposits at minus 0.4 percent.
