MOSCOW, September 8. /TASS/. For Russia, the critical readiness for technological transformation in the world, the state apparatus is obliged to transfer all the typical, routine, service operations into “digital” form. This was stated by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at the plenary meeting of the Moscow financial forum.
“Technological change can lead not only to the explosive growth of labor productivity, but “kill” the whole profession, increase the risks of polarization of income of people. For us, a critical willingness to meet new challenges such key state institutions as the education system, health care, social assistance, and employment support. As well as the modernization of the state apparatus, so that all standard, routine, service operations were transferred to “digital” view”, set the task the Prime Minister.
He noted that “figure” is both a huge breakthrough and a huge challenge”. “This is well illustrated by the example of the financial sector. Technology distributed register (blockchain – approx. TASS) – cryptocurrency, smart contracts on the one hand, expand market opportunities, and with another – absence of common rules of using these tools puts the same markets at risk. So today the largest global banks have agreed on joint work in this area. The Russian banking community is also beginning to develop their approaches”, – said the head of the Cabinet.
Medvedev stressed that the government adopted the programme “Digital economy”, which covers all spheres of life. “They are going to discuss the agenda of the forum “Open innovations”, which will be held October 16-18 in the innovation center “SKOLKOVO”. I invite you to take part in it all who are interested”, – said the Prime Minister.
