The Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 15 September lowered its key rate by 0.5 percentage points — it is now equal to 8.5%. This is the fourth decline this year: on March 24, the Central Bank lowered the rate by 0.25% to 9.75% interest. Then on 28 April, the Bank reduced it by 0.5 percentage points to 9.25%, and 16 June to 9%. TASS says that this key rate and what it affects.
