The owner of Binbank Shishkhanov was made “Inteko” under the control of the Central Bank

INTERFAX.RU – the Developer company “Inteko” can enter the perimeter of reorganization of the Bank, which the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is engaged in through the Fund for the consolidation of the banking sector, told the newspaper “Vedomosti”, the owner of Binbank Mikhail Shishkhanov.

GK “Inteko”, which was previously controlled by the wife of ex-mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov, Elena Baturina, in 2011, was acquired by the owner of Binbank Mikhail Shishkhanov (95%) and one of its creditors – Sberbank (5%).

“Inteko”, was financed by the Bank, and ultimately the Bank must be owned,” said he in an interview to “Vedomosti”. “I give all their shares, the purchase of which is financed, including through the Bank”, – said the banker. Negotiations are ongoing, but to talk about the items earlier said, in his turn, the representative of the Central Bank.

In addition to INTECO, the balance sheet of the Bank can be consolidated 44-49% “A101 development”, told the newspaper he is. The company, owning large tracts of land in new Moscow, was acquired by the group “Bin” (the current name Safmar) Vadim Moshkovich in 2015. The transaction amount totaled $800 million, said earlier the owner of “Samara” Mikhail Gutseriev.

The principal real estate assets (office, retail and warehouse space, as well as the largest portfolio of hotels in Moscow) group Safmar will retain, the newspaper said.

By order of the Bank of Russia appointed a temporary administration for the management of PJSC “Bank” and JSC “Rost Bank”. The provisional administrations of banks included employees of the Central Bank and OOO “UK FCBS”.

PJSC “Bank” established on 6 March 1991. The Bank ranked eighth in terms of assets, being the significant credit institution. Infrastructure of the Bank includes 12 branches, one representative office and more than 400 business units.
