MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. The draft amendments to the law “About the army national guard of the Russian Federation”, providing for the vesting of Regardie authority over the security of senior officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, submitted to the Duma by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Under the bill, Asgardia will “provide in the procedure established by the President of the Russian Federation, safety of the highest officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation (heads of higher Executive bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation) and other persons.”
“The security of senior officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation (heads of higher Executive bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation) is carried out exclusively on a contractual basis, and other persons, as a rule, on a contractual basis,” the document says.
Under the bill, funds received by Regardie under the contracts of compensated rendering of services related to ensuring the security of senior officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and other persons, Federal budget revenues and shall be credited to the Federal budget.
“Rates for services rendered the troops of the national guard services related to the security of senior officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, determined in the manner established by the government of the Russian Federation”, – stated in the bill.
It is assumed that Federal law shall enter into force 180 days after the date of its official publication.
