Andrei Vorobyov presented the election program of the regional branch of “United Russia”


PODOLSK /Moscow region/, may 30. /TASS/. The Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov presented his program of the candidate in the upcoming elections of the head of Moscow region at the meeting with the secretaries of local and primary branches of the Moscow regional branch of “United Russia”.

Previously Vorobiev in an interview with TASS in the framework of SPIEF has confirmed he will run for Governor of the Moscow region from the “United Russia”. He explained that eventually the party will select its candidate on June 9 after a meeting of all candidates for this status may 30 and inner primaries. According to Vorobyov, his program, the promoted worker from “United Russia” will be called “Strong, clean, healthy suburbs”.

“Our next task – to do the suburbs really strong. Strong means a strong economy… and high wages. Our goal is to make the suburbs healthy. Moscow, the Moscow region, where about 20 million people, must be clean. I’m counting on you,” he said.

Also at the meeting were made by the applicants on the status of the candidate from ER on a post of the Governor of the Moscow region member of the Presidium of Board Trading-industrial chamber of Moscow region Roman Volodin, the Deputy of the state Duma Valentina Kabanova, co-regional headquarters of the popular front in Moscow region Aleksandr Lysenko, the Deputy of Council of deputies of city district Lukhovitsy of Moscow region Alexander Tolmachev.

Gubernatorial elections in the Moscow region will be held on 9 September in a Single day of voting.
